I have a draw on truck - is killing batterys over night - have found that can pull the IOU fuse & draw is gone . any one have any thoughts were to start looking for short ! also this seems to be an intermitant draw down had very weak batterys about, two months ago jumped truck off , recharged battery over night & all ok, now is started to kill battery again . Just a bit of history of what i have done so for - new starter ( one year ago ) new alternator & load test batterys - ok ( a week ago ) batterys load tested today both good - found if pull IOU fuse, that stop draw.

PoBro,

The IOD (Ignition Off Draw) fuse feeds the power mirrors, dome lamps, cargo lamps, glove box lamp, radio memory, and computer memories. The usual culprit is the glove box lamp staying on. Pull that bulb and see if the problem goes away.

Good luck,

John L.
