Archived 98.5 wont start

Hi folks. My son just emailed and said the truck wont start. He says it has 15lbs of fuel pressure on the gauge and he can here it running but the truck wont start. When he takes the key out he hears the LP continue to run for about 20 seconds as well.

Any ideas?

My son just called and said he tried it again and it fired right up but he sees a small amount of diesel on the ground under the engine.

Well, the small amount of diesel was coming from the bolt at the top of the filter housing. I thru a new filter in there and found the the o-ring by the threads had a tear in it so the fuel was coming up the bolt. Fired it off and everything seems fine. Keep your fingers crossed
