2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 98 manual tow mirror bracket ASAP

I know there's a thread somewhere, but I'm kinda in a hurry



I'm switching my 98 regular mirrors for manual towing mirrors I bought used.



The screws are in the same place, but they are larger and longer



I heard there is a bracket that I need to buy to install these correctly.



Does the bracket fit inside or outside the door?

I called a dealer who was clueless about this, but I understand I can get the bracket at a dealer.



So I kind of need to know what I'm looking for, asap, since I have the driver's side mirror off. . I'd like to get this today.

The reinforcement plates go on the inside of the door behind the plastic door trim panel. Here's the numbers from the other thread on the aftermarket power tow mirrirs:
