2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 98' Passenger Seatbelt Lockup

I have a 1998 2500 CTD that the passenger seatbelt has locked up a couple times, so I finally decided to take off the seat cover and pull the mechanism out. I am looking to replace the whole unit and looking to get some help in finding somewhere to purchase it other than possibly the dodge place itself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wow! Must be in the air. Both of mine have locked up and I just posted a troubleshooting thread above to see if somebody can help. Have you checked the module under the seat?

I've already ordered a new unit online for 100 bucks, i guess its just wear and tear, but i got soo ****** off when i took the whole unit off the seat and still couldn't get it to release, (it winded up just fun, just wouldn't release) it made me think that it has to be an electrical issue, oh well, i hope the new one gets here and i plug it in and WHAM, RELEASE. .
