2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 98 suspension lift

hello all



I am interested in raising my 98 with a 4" suspension lift. Could you folks recommend some good lift kits and places to look. Also do they make body lifts for these trucks?



Oh and 1 other question who makes a wheel with the same backspacing as a factory wheel (I think its 4 5/8)?
