Can't imagine why he'd want a non-OD trans? Guess he doesn't mind maxing his RPMs at 70 mph???
Anyway, an old Torque-flight trans might work, but it'll probably not work as the 99 has electronics, even if it did it probably wouldn't last long with the amount of torque being put into it from the Cummins. His best bet is to have one of the big 3 (DTT, Goerend, BD, etc) do the trans = do it once and do it correctly then forget about it.
