The Southern Plains Cummins parts guy just called to say the square cut o-ring that was supposed to be overnighted to me is unavailable, but he will work on getting me one. In the meantime I am stuck. Does anyone have a o-ring Cummins #3923194? A picture of it is here, post #19 https://www.turbodieselregister.com...ion-1994-1998/204958-lift-pump-failure-2.html



To make matters worse the truck is up on ramps parked in front of the boat garage door, so I can't even go fishing:{



Any help is appreciated.

is it the same style from a 94? I just took that whole assembly off (fuel filter prefilter and lift pump) to go with an aftermarket fuel system. My parts are at my work but if it could get ya goin till you find a new one i could overnight it to ya. Just dunno if they are the same

Here is the picture from Cummins Quickserve. The o-ring goes on the line labeled #7 under the nut. Since it doesn't show as a separate item I'm getting nervous that it is available at all. Any BOMBing ideas?

I think this is the same O ring that IH uses. Try IH p/n 1812348C1, thy label it as a sleeve. It is sold in a package of 5.

No joy on that part. I've replaced the prefilter fitting with a barbed fitting and the fuel line with rubber hose for now. Maybe someday Cummins will send me the part.
