best muffler?

Where is the cheapest place to order a Banks exhaust kit from for my 2002?

Yes, I know all about Rip Rook and all of that, but I want a Banks exhaust. I've done lots of research and it looks like Banks makes the be$t exhaust out there.

Mine has seen a couple of months of salt. There's a little tarnish but it's pretty superficial. It's made from 409 stainless which resists fatigue cracking better than 304.

Yes the exhaust will have a little surface rust/tarnish but it will never rust through. The show piece muffler and tip are made from 304 stainless and will not rust.

Mine is working out very well. Price wise, it's not much different than other systems made of the same material (409ss) . After HEMI@Dart's post I reread the link & went out & looked at my pipes. It was saturated with salt spray for 2 months & it looks new. What I thought was tarnish is just baked on road dust. I drive a lot of crushed rock roads. 304 stainless would make a prettier pipe but it costs more & may fatigue crack over time. You can save money by going with aluminized steel. It pays to do a little price shopping with different vendors. So take your pick & lay your $$ down. One last thing about the Banks system... . it fit perfectly on the original hangers.

I been pondering on exhaust(which one to get)about a year now and I think I am gonna go with Banks from DPP. Bought the TAG from them and something else. They have given me the best price on one yet. I know its a lot of money but sometimes you get what you pay for.
