2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission A/C parts source?

Where's a good source for A/C part (besides the dealer)? Specifically, I'm looking for the liquid line for my '01. That's the one that goes from the condenser to the firewall and evaporator inlet, behind the battery and air cleaner, across the fender well (where it rubbed a hole in itself).



Also, any tricks for undoing the connections (expanding the garter spring), short of buying the special tool?
