a/c problem?

I have a wierd problem and don't know where to start looking. Yesterday I turned my truck off with the a/c on andd got out... luckily I got back in it 15 min. later and noticed the air or fan on the a/c was still running. The key was in my hands. I turned it off and back on and it came right back on without the key i the ignition. It did it again about an our later. I have been making sure I turn the a/c off before getting out and I had only one other time I just happened to turn on the ac and it came on and I turned it off and back on and it did not come on! What could this be and or what should I do?

Most likely the blower relay is sticking, it's #12 in the PDC on a 99 but may be different on yours. bg
