My 2006 Rams A/C quit. it has a full charge however there is no power to the compressor. The fuse is good. Any suggestions?

Referring to diagram 8W-42-6:

Engine idling with A/C ON:
Check for A/C CLUTCH CONTROL OUTPUT (battery voltage) on the DB/YL wire behind TIPM.
IF NO, then check for A/C CLUTCH CONTROL (Grounding signal from ECM) on the LB/OR wire.
If you have the grounding signal and have no CONTROL OUTPUT then TIPM is defective.
If you don't have the grounding signal then the issue is on ECM or before ECM.

Key OFF, also try jump battery power to the DB/YL wire to see if the clutch engage.

I finally got to a .dealer and the compressor is bad. It was replaced last September and the whole job was covered under Dodge warranty. They also did the air bag recall at the same time.
