A/C Question

On my 03 cummins my a/c stops blowing cold air if i set still for a minute or longer and starts blowing cold again once i get moving. What do i need to look at or check out, has new a/c condensor.

I have heard you need a lot air flow thru the condensor to keep r134 cold. But maybe your blend door (temp door) is closing a little.

On my 96 it blows cold stopped or moving.
