On my 2007.5 I got to noticing that it seemed the driver side air wasn't getting cold. I felt the passenger side and it felt colder. This is from the vent just to the left and right of the radio. I took my thermocouple te?mp gauge and checked them. The left one is 10 degrees warmer than the right one. I then checked the vents next to the doors. Same thing. I pulled the dash bezel and took my borescope and looked inside. I see nothing that would cause this as this truck does not have the 2 zone air. I could even reach into the vents and the air for both sides comes up through the same opening and wyes behind the radio to left and right. Anyone else notice this?

Probably the R134a charge is low. Either top it off yourself if you know what you are doing or have an AC tech top it off.

Usually when the refrigerant is a little low the passenger side is warmer then the driver side. This was the first time I read driver side warmer than passenger side.

That was my thought too.

My passenger side was about 30° warmer than my driver side a it took a full 20oz bottle but I'm cold again. Not bad for the first maintenance on a 13 year old A/C system.

Agreed on the Freon charge, my other thought would be removing the blower and looking to make sure the evaporator is not plugged with dirt.
