Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) A Couple Questions

Can anyone tell me were I can order a Vulcan lift pump? I have seen the relocation kit in Geno's but not the pump. Is there a supplier for the Injector Pump for a 02 HO Engine besides Cummins or Dodge for $1600 + installation. Also I am considering installing a bypass oil filter on my truck, I have looked at the one Amsoil has but I would also like to use the stock filter + the bypass. I know there others out there but who makes them and how can I get one. Thanks H Westfall

Vulcan does not supply a pump, just the hardware to move the existing lift pump to the frame.



There are lots of places to by injection pumps. The dealer is not a good idea, unless it is total warranty. Do a search on here, and I believe you have a group out there called nw bombers. They might be a big help

Give Doug at Advance Diesel Technology a call 304-864-3399. He has about the best prices on vp44 injection pumps & they are good pumps too... . I've been running one of his pumps with no complaints for 60k. He also has fass pumps, air dogs, vulcan, walbro etc. Tell him that Jamie said to call & to give you good prices. He is very knowledgeable & prices are great.

Thanks for the feed back. I will look into that # for the injector pump. What

pump is used with the Vulcan kit. We are in Quartzsite, Az until Mid March and I will have to change the injecter pump before going North. HWestfall

The stock lift pumps are used with the vulcan kit.
