This is not a solicitation (sp) for business, but if anyone has any questions, please call me if you like,

Merry christmas everyone!!

The Dodge website has a countdown clock - I would buy or order before they expire, because the next batch might exclude the CTD-just speculation, but Ford did exclude the PS 6. 0 from their last round of incentives.

It's final... ... next time I get a new RAM, I'm driving to St Louis to deal with TommeyGun! The more I read this board, the less I feel like I got a good deal on my 04'. Oh well... . I still love my truck. Just got finished putting a coat of Zaino Brothers on her and she is glistening :D

the auto is right about a 950 or so on the cost side...

not a bad deal when you consider that the new 48RE is gholding up pretty well so far (in my opin-yon)

How much of a beating would a person take trading in a 03 for an 04 or would it be better to try and sell outright?

depends on the market, I would call around to different dealership and talk to the used car manager, I have sold both of my trucks to OTHER dealers, not my own, funny huh?

call,call,call some more

Can you please answer a couple questions for me?

(1) The price you listed for a loaded 3500 Laramie is roughly $2000 below dealer invoice, plus an additional $2500 rebate. . Not complaining, but how can you sell a vehical before rebate for $2000 below dealer invoice?

(2) If you order a truck now,is there anyway to lock in the rebate even though delivery will not be untill Feb/March?

Thanks

DougR, typically the day you order a vehicle the rebates are locked in.

If there is a better rebate when your truck arrives, you get that one instead. So you get the best between the two. The only catch is you have to pick your truck up and make the deal within a certain number of days after it arrives.

The only time you lose out is if there is a better deal after you order but it goes away beforeyou take delivery (rare but it's happened here).

Many on TDR have gotten a lot better deal than I got on my truck but I have no regrets and I'm happy with my decision and price I paid.

Unless you get it in writing id be skeptical of thinking youll get the same rebate at delivery. I think the fine print says you get the rebate that is in effect when you take delivery and cose the deal.

#2 has been answered so I will go to #1,

It is really 3% under invoice, more like 1200-1300 on a nice 45k truck, and it comes down to I need such a small profit margin, that it makes my prices really low... We have 18 dealships, some make 0 dollars after cost,salary,rent,etc... but the others make millions, so anyway, you get the idea,

It all comes down to what the acceptible profit is per deal, mine happens to be lower than most!

Thanks tomeygun. Unfortuneately,I ordered my new truck, only to get home and see your post pop up two hours later. Go figure. :(

Oh well, still got a pretty good deal. Thanks:)

NO big deal, heck take my post to them and tell them to knock some more of the price... or get them to throw stuff in for free because of me... that should work...

Tomeygun, do your final prices factor in sales taxes?, for instance in the county i live in sales taxes are 7%

sorry, no , you would pay sales tax in your local state,

CONN: you were in the process of making a US company(branch) when we last spoke, whats new?

dear tomeygun,

Thanks for thinking of me in your last post , I am still in the process of setting up our USA branch , it will be in New York the capital of the world . I will let you know when we are ready to start , we need to ship the trucks to Vancouver to have the vehicles modified so our paint removal equipment can be installed on the vehicles . I know this is a long way from you , any ideas how we could do this

regards Conn

Tomeygun,

Is there any chance you could post a few updated prices for some trucks you have on the lot? I'm a new member here and I can't get my local guys to your price on a SLT QCab LB 4x4 600 with some basics like sliding rear glass, tow mirrors etc.

I may be flying out to St Louis! LOL The local guys are almost $1500 above your prices from what I can tell! Ouch. I don't need every option, but a nice slt with dark interior would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Eric
