A little help

I put my new rear main seal in. But I forgot to get a hold of the torque specs for the flexplate. Also do I need to get a new crush plate for the bolts. Thanks

The drive plate to crank bolts are listed in the 93 manual as 55 Ft Lbs. or 75 N-m and about the crush plate I'm not sure, I don't think so, I believe it just spreads the torque out.
