2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission A mechanic in the Delta area of N. CA?

I posted a question regarding a good Cummins mechanic in the area of Stockton, etc. A good buddy of mine just purchased a 99 Ram 2500, 4x4, quad cab with about 74,000 miles on it. He's as green as they come and I'm trying to help him out. There is no record of the valves being adjusted and the fuel filter being changed. From my experience it's good to have a good brake guy and cummins mechanic on hand. Can anyone out there recommend a good brake guy and cummins mechanic around the area of Bethel Island, Oakley, Brentwood, Byron, Antioch or Pittsburgh?

were you originally from around here ?

since you're from Southern Cal now, anyhoo,

i go to either San Jose or Modesto, that's what i do.

and no, i don't know of a mechanic around here, unless you go to Antioch Dodge or Brentwood Dodge
