A new TST casued problem (I think)

Was talking to a friend today just checking up seeing what I missed this weekend when I went out of town and he was telling me what hapend to him this weekend. He changed his fuel filter becuse he said he was noticing less power (he has an 03 with a TST and Edge EZ not sure if he had the EZ pluged in) but after the filter change he was taking it for a spin and BAMMM a huge noise from upder the hood. The first thing that went threw his mind was a blown turbo becuse I was telling him about what I have read hear. He pops the hood and finds a busted intercooler line (blown in half) I think thats a lot better then a blown turbo. So for a quick fix tell he can get one form the dodge house he found some hose big enough to fit and poped it on there. I think this is the first I have heard about a blown intercooler hose becuse I have been trying to keep up with how the TST is doing becuse Im thinking about getting one. Just tought I would share that with yall

Did your friend say the truck felt stronger after the filter change?

yeah he said it was running a little stronger after the change but he only made it like a mile down the road tell it blew. He has been calling around today to see if he can find some turbo hose to replace the hose that he has now. He aslo called TST and is going to send his box off for the reflash.
