a program to reflash the PCM

may somebody tell me the web addresses where I can get the programm to reflash my PCM. And may be some ideas how to do this!

Its is a DEALER item only. Seems a vendor got his butt in a sling when the 98. 5's came out and he treaded on the almighty ecm/pcm code, seems its proprietary.

so have I understood it right, Are the codes for 98. 5 Pcm/Ecm codes available somewhere on the Net?
