A question about deleted threads?

If a thread is deleted does it erase all history of it also? I know I just posted in a thread a day or two ago and now I can't find that thread. I even went to my history of posts and it is not there either. Just curious because I wanted to follow it now it is gone along with history of it. Why or what is the criteria for deleting a thread? this one was not an off color or off taste thread just another typical thread in the "Other" forum. I can't remember the title of it now. Maybe it was in the politics forum I can't remember.

Sounds like whoever created the thread decided to delete it. Report your last post above, #2, to the moderator and ask him.
