A question for the computer experts...

I received an e-mail with attachments that ended with . mdb I haven't seen this type of file before. Is an . mdb file something to be leary of. Thanks for any advice.

It's an Access database (Access is micro$oft's wannabee database tool, it's part of the office suite)
