a seat cushion for us with aches/pains?

On either this or on an RV forum I recently read about a cushion that sounds like it would be great for those of us with sciatica problems. But, I don't remember the name of the product and don't remember where I read about it. I do remember that it is not made specifically for use in vehicles, but was developed by a medical supply outfit for general use for seating comfort. It is a cushion that you would set on top of the regular seat. The person who posted the message said the advertising doesn't mention use in a vehicle, but that he (she?) thought of that use. He/she tried it in their truck and was very pleased. It is a little pricy, seems like it was around $150, but if it does the job it would be well worth the expense.

Does this ring a bell with any of you?
