For those of us that work on Ram Turbo Diesel trucks for a living, well, ‘ole Ben kind of captured it with that quote.
Here is a tool from the folks at Torque King that the service professionals will want to consider, “QT1261”, a wrench for heavy duty American Axles.
We are excited to introduce a new tool, QT 1261. This tool is a 6-Pin Spindle Nut Wrench. It is specifically engineered to fit the 2-1/2” thread x 12 Slot Factory Spindle Nut used on Dual Rear Wheel AAM 12” rear axles found on 2019-up Ram 3500 Pickups with the High Output Cummins diesel engine. It also will service the cab/chassis Ram 3500, 4500, and 5500 trucks. The1/2” drive, all-steel socket allows you to precisely adjust the rear spindle hub nuts on these dually trucks.
The price of the QT1261 tool is $69.85.
