Illflem is correct. Let them change the fluid but don't let them add the "so called cleaner". It can cause any sludge or commanly called varnish material to break loose and possibly clog your cooler Gitchusum (Fellow LSTDR member) had a trans go out soon after having this done. Problem was a plugged cooler, the one under the turbo bolted to the side of the block.
Also make sure that they install ATF +3 trans fluid. The dipstick says that Dextron is O. K. but don't chance it. Bill K. (DTT) and someone else had info that Dextron was not good for our crappy Dodge trans. Good luck... ... .
