Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) A/T overdrive shift weird vibration

Under any circumstance when my truck shifts into 4th gear lockup, I get a funny vibration in my feet. I let off the throttle a hair, tach lowers 100rpm and all goes away. Also in third when pulling transmission shutters ubder load. Any suggestions? Adrenaline set on L3 or 1 all the time. Basically stock.

That would be the vibration in lockup? Right. And the shutter in third when I try and gain speed, would that be clutches? Not a transmission guy
