Hero. That is a big word. When we hear "hero," we normally think life-saving or life-changing. Rightly so.
But used in the context of our love for driving, using, maintaining and tinkering with our Ram Turbo Diesel trucks, we can have heroes too. Those people you admire for their mechanical aptitude, their ability to relate to others, their patience in teaching, their communication skills, and best of all their common sense.
We lost one of our heroes today. TDR Writer, Bill Stockard, has passed away after a courageous fight against cancer.
It would be comforting if all of his Turbo Diesel friends could share a story about how Bill helped you in his 18 years of writing and summarizing the Best of the TDR's website posts. [No doubt he tweaked your story or perhaps corrected some grammar.]
