I was also wondering why guys when they are at the end of the pull and at a complete stop that they start throttle prodding... . ?? just revving for the hell of it?

You start "throttle prodding" to avoid barking the turbo. I do the same thing.

Nice looking hook, sounds like you need 1 gear lower, what is your estimated HP?

Now if I would put the truck in netrual and got off the throttle not super quick if would not do the same thing?

I am a rookie so all the input helps. I was in low side fourth gear. The first time I pulled I was in fourth low to and had lost of speed and pulled 334 ft and beat some good local trucks. How do u decide witch gear to pull in??? I am rite at 500 hp dynoed. That is with 191 dvs and a #6 plate. I am wanting to get a 4gsk kit rite now I have a 3gsk kit . What bombs whould u recemend next??? I thought about a #0 plate and lz cut dv's. What would uall recremend?? I am planning on pulling it this week end so let me know before then and I can try these out?? Thanks on the questions and hope I get some good advise. Thanks Justin

I also have 4:10 gears
