Drained & refilled automatic trans. Engine at operating temp, trans in neutral, the level is 3/4" above full-line/cross hatch marking. A concern? Shift point good and smooth. I do have the 3" depth Maghytec pan.

Does it have a cooler on it too , id say no ,but it doudt get a turkey baster and long house unless use have anouther device to suck some fluid out and take some out
Not enough to worry about. If it isn't running out the vents on the ground you are good to go. If you do some extreme offroading it might slosh to the vent but on streets and roads small chance.
Thank you everyone for ideas/input. Operating temp, yes. Uh, didn't put in all gears, will do. Where are the "vents" located? Never heard of vents for the trans.

There is one vent at the top of the case on the outside of the trans. The one that will cause the issues is on the top part of the pump behind the TC, a leak there makes it look worse than it usually is.
