Guy's I am considering changing the dash in the Dodge and going with a Nu Image white face glow flame. They cover the stock back gounds on the speedo, tach, fuel and other gages for a new or different look. Question is, has anyone else done this? If so how bad was the install? Thanks

REALLY easy install :p

No really I wanted to run being the new Ozbornes was coming on (Or so I thought)

Easy to do

Run truck so It's at operating temp

Pull off dash surround

shut off truck and take note of needle position

Remove screws that retain guage cluster

remove plexi cover from guage body

Use supplied needle removal tool and remove needles

(Argh I forget if this step is or is not part of the instructions)

Peel off OEM coverlay

Install new coverlay

Install guage cluster leaving needles off and plexi cover

start truck and make SURE it's back up to operating temp (Even

bring needles with you and go for a drive)

Pull over and install Temperature guage needle pointing to where it allways and faithfully sits when up to temperature.

install Tach , oil , fuel , amps LIGHTLY and make sure they have a good read. if so Send them home

Go back home

clean plexi with L I N T FREE cloth and non harmfull cleaner (Better yet warm water and dish soap and you hand only)

dry it and install cover

install everything else

brag to your buddies

tell elderly that its a factory option

check out that cool epervessent blue lighting at night

chicks dig it so hit babies are us with windows down

buy a 3 pack of brandy new white hanes T~Shirts with nothing on them to accessorize with your new dash layout

wait until novelty wears off

find new bomb to install
