2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission about Geno's Garage...

woow i have ordered the 12 valve billet valve cover and a shirt from them. they do sell this same one for the 24 valves i believe. but i ordered it 3/5/2008 they state that it is on a backorder and im thinking its been an awful long time to just borrow my 200$ and not have a product in hand ahha buut i guess i'll call them, i dont wanna make a fuss about it. . does everyone have good things to say about them???. .

I have dealt with Geno's several times and I have found them to be very reliable and honest. They normalle ship promptly, so I am sure your part is on back order. If you used a credit card, I'll wager it has not been charged yet.

Helpful Clarification

Give the staff a call at (800) 755-1715. The office will reopen first thing Monday morning (around 8:30 a. m. EDST). They'll be able to give you an update on shipping.



Good news - they do not charge customers until the product comes in and has been released for shipping. So you should not be out any funds until the order is on its way.



Hopefully, that is good news.

awsome i called and they were real informative. i was waiting on another item that was also in backorder so they said they were going to ship the valve cover but wanted to wait for sure, sweeet it ships friday!. . thanks again guys

I got the red 24 valve cover, man, it sure looks sweet on there, I like showing off a well dressed up engine. I imagine the 12 valve one will really dress things up as well. Mine took a little while to ship out, on back order as well, but I like ordering from Genos. Reasonably priced and extremely fast. I'll order oil and fuel filters for my truck and my dads 99 and 03 on a thursday afternoon and I'll have them by Monday.
