About ready to take off the horns & through away

I am use to open the driver door when I back up and the DAM horn blows just upsets me a bit. Any of you found a way to stop the horn from blowing when backing up with the driver door open?I think I am going to disconnect the horns don't blow the horns anyway. The seam to blow louder when backing up with door open anyway. Just scare the hell out of me at times. Sorry about the bad words just ****** off about it. :-{}

On my truck I was able to disconnect the electrical connector going to the seat belt latch and install a little jumper wire between the two posts in the connector. No more horn blowing when backing up or irritating seat belt chime at start up.

hi, i just leave the seat belt cliped in all the time and sit on the belt. k
