2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission ? About Rear Shocks

I'm in need of new rear shocks. Anyone have any suggestions on a brand. I haul firewood alot and some light towing. Also, I looked online at some prices and there are 2 different part numbers for shocks. Trucks with and with out 4" suspension lift. How can I tell which suspension I have? Thanks in advance.

If you are stock you don't have a 4" lift. Everybody likes Bilsteen's here - myself included.
