2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission About the ATP Quiet Kit

I JUST LOVE IT Oo.

Its been getting below 0 and the beating on a trash can lid acceleration noise is gone gone gone. Just a loud growel that goes away when the engine warms up. I also go rid of the cold weather throttle peddle noise by tiewrapping the throttle cable to the side of the fuel filter housing. The ATp quiet kit was definitely worth the $$.

This is good to know. I was looking at this a few years ago. My old truck actually came with no sound deadening under the hood? Weird... I actually put some sound deadener under the hood and on the fender wells. This made a huge difference. Very noticeable on the highway at speed.

I didn't get the whole $$ kit just the valve cover and oil pan cover I already had the oem hood liner and stock exaust
