Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) ABS/ air bag lights on, no power windows

my ABS and air bag lights are on and my windows will not roll up. everything else works fine. it has happened once before but it fixed itself. what could be the problem?

the problem is still there. the windows still wont roll up and my ABS light and Air bag light is on still. my A/C doesnt work either. it all started at the same time. does anyone have any clue as to how to fix it?

The only thing common to all of those circuits is the ignition switch. Did your truck ever have the recall performed that removed the heater motor from the ignition switch?

If not, you will have to get that done and will probably have to replace the ignition switch as well.



The recall was issued because the blower motor draws too much current for the switch contacts and causes them to fail.
