Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) ABS & BRAKE light came on, ABS motor was running, after turning off truck! Help?

I was in a drive thru, my ABS and BRAKE lights lit up on the dash. I thought maybe the fluid was low. I got to work and turned off the truck and sounded like a small motor still running. Popped the hood and the ABS module or actuator, I'm not sure what it's called, right behind the fuse box on the driver's side. I pulled the ABS fuse and it stopped. My brakes work fine, so far, but the lights are still on. Has anyone ever had this problem? Thanks for any help ya'll can give me.
