Ok heres the deal. I had a ABS sensor wire get pinched on my truck on the front driver side. I have a ABS and brake light and also had VSS code P 0500. I replaced the ABS sensor but still have the lights but no VSS code. How do I reset the lights on the dash.

And also for those of you that have the terrible buck or cutting out of the engine because of the TPS sensor what are your voltages when you see that there bad. Could I still have a good voltage on the initial check when im under the hood. Does it maybe have a bad spot in the sensor under acceleration? I wanted to change my ABS sensor first to see if getting rid of the VSS code would stop it but I still think I noticed it a little last night. Hard to tell when your trying to check it when you just left the bar! :D Because I was kinda feeling like thisOo.

Disconnect the batteries for about an hour, re-connect them, turn on ignition (don't start), slowly press accelerator down to floor and release two or three times.
