Archived ABS light, Brake light, No Speedo

Went through the car wash and then parked at a store. Left the store and had no speedo and both my lights are on. No loose wires or fuses, drives the same. 4wd w rear abs. Where does the speedo get its signal from? transmission, transfer case, or rear end?

On my 98 it was the speed sensor on the rearend. Not sure how the 99's are set up

Same as 98 buy a new one they are cheap. You can try to pull the one on their and wipe off the metal shavings it's at the top of the rear end follow the wires.

Happened just the other day to my son-in-laws '99. It was the speed sensor on the rear end. Good luck.
