Does anyone have a wiring schematic for the ABS module for a 2015 3500? I have found some time to work on my no crouse. There is a burnt pin on the plug & module. You can see it in the centre of the plug. I will order a new one next week.

Use a test light or voltmeter/multi-tester on the connector that plugs into the module to see if has juice. It mite of blown fuse or damaged the relay.

Burnt terminal definitely has power going to it.

I wouldn't probe without knowing what that pin was for. Besides the module is badly burnt and the pin in the module is barely hang on. If I haven't gotten any info by the time the new module gets here I am going to put it in and see how it go's. The wire looks like it will live but the module is done. I seen a picture of this same plug somewhere on the internet showing this same burnt. It was back when this problem first started and I hadn't puled the ABS apart because the ABS works and I just didn't think it had anything to do with it. But I can't find it and I don't remember what it was about.

Well that makes sense why the dealers keep putting in the the switch on the brake pedal that everybody likes to call the brake light switch.
#23 B937 DG/BR 18 BRAKE PEDAL TRAVEL SENSOR RETURN.

This is where the trouble started. I think I will replace the travel sensor at the same time.

Thanks for the info Bob4x4

Well it is fixed now I believe the ABS module was the problem. I replaced the ABS module and brake pedal travel sensor return and trailer brake module. Took it to dodge to have them synced up (boy I hate having to do that). I have cruse now and the lights are off. I don't know if the electric over hydraulic brakes work yet. It doesn't matter now I have a independent brake controller for that now. I was going to add a new truck this year but I think if I do it will be a 04-06 not a new one.
