ABS RWAL issue on a 1993

[RTRAM]

I have a 1993 with 220,000 miles. On the message center, the brake light and the RWAL light are both lit. I looked on page 5-62 of the shop manual and it notes that by grounding the RWAL diagnostic connector I will get a read out to determine the fault code. But, it does not tell me where this diagnostic connector is located. Is this the data link noted on wiring diagram AD 33? That page notes it is in the lower right side cowl. Does anyone know exactly where this is located on is this what I ground?
