AC Clutch replacement.

I am in the process of replacing the Clutch on the AC pump on my 06. The bag of parts seem to have a bunch of shims for setting the drive plate to the pulley but I have no idea what the gap should be. Any one have any directions on a AC clutch swap?

The air gap should be just enough that the clutch doesn't touch when disengaged. Maybe 0.010".

Good luck! I spent way too much time sourcing a replacement clutch and making time to replace it. Only to find oil leaking from the seal once I removed the clutch!. Ended up replacing the entire compressor
