Archived AC compressor w/dryer accumulator replacement

Will be installing new AC compressor with new dryer/accumulator tomorrow. The compressor is an HS18 and came with 1. 5 oz. oil additive in it. Is it PAG 46 oil that I fill it with? How much do I need to add? Can't find the information anywhere-

The procedures for a 2004 are scheduled to appear in the next issue of TDR. The factory Service Manual covers the job. You use PAG 46 weight oil, type SP-15. Drain the old oil from the compressor and dryer and use just that amount in the new compressor (drain the new oil from it to see how much is in it. ) You need to evacuate the system with a vacuum pump before filling it. The factory lines at the rear of the compressor use special seals, not simple o-rings. The compressor clutch should be broken in by cycling it 20 times on and off (5 seconds each) with the engine at 1500-2000 rpm.

Most manufactures don't give you an exact amount of oil for the compressor only. As Joe says but also don't discard the oil that came with it, just add the proper amount.
