AC not working

Any AC experts? Fan works fine in high, medium and low. With it set at 73 cool, fan is on and it sounds like it starts to load for a couple seconds then quits and just the fan runs then in about 30 seconds it sounds like it is loading then quits and so on. It is a 13,500 Du-Therm mod #620525. 331 front ac unit on a Mobile Suites 36 SB3.

Sounds like the compressor is locked up, time for a new one.

Thanks for the reply. It was the compressor motor solenoid. Nice and cold now!

Holy cow guys! What timing. My wife and I had the same problem the last time we used our RV at the end of last season. We put it away for the winter and figured we'd take a look at it when we dewinterize it this month. That will be either this weekend or next. If it happens again, I know where to start looking. It would be nice to get away cheap with just the solenoid rather than the whole compressor.
