06 3500 turn signal issues

Blinking AC light

AC works fine, Except if I run the fan in high position i hear this loud bang sound of the vent door closing then i get warm air blowing. I have to shut it off then set the fan 3/4 of the way then its fine again. Anyone have this issue? I can only imagine the repair on this is to pull the dash apart.
Thanks

Sounds like either the blend door or the recirc door. If you get the warm air blowing after the vehicle interior is cool, I'd say blend door. If you only get it when you first turn on the AC I'd say recirc door. The blend door controls the ratio of heated/cool air to control the temperature. The recirc door controls the ratio of fresh to recirculated air. Recirc door is under the glove box, accessible from under the dash. Blend door, well, that's a dash ripper.

I'll look into it, My luck it would be dash coming apart

Very likely blend doors.
Either you disassemble the whole dash or you cut a hole into the box.
Whichever you prefer.

Pulling the dash on a Gen3 is by far easier then it was before as at the factory the whole dash went in as a unit and therefor can come out the same way. No need or benefit from stripping it down to the bare bone.
