Can't believe it ever blew cold air at all before this.

When I did mine I used lear plastic to cover the clean out/inspection hole. That way I don't have to guess if there is junk collecting in my heater box.

Did you cut that hole and where at? Everytime I turn on my heater in my 92 it blows leaves in the cab.

The pics above are of the heater box inside the the cab on the passangers side. I cut out a 4" X 4" square - just be careful not to cut too deep. Then just cover the whole thing with something to your liking.

Just like Bob said. I used a dremel so I wouldn't go to deep. I can actually hear the blower motor running now.



Now if I could only figure out a quick fix to the seeping oil pan. Its really rusted.

One of the vibrating multitools would probably work well for this too. I'm ready to go cut several heater boxes after seeing this.
