Access Bed Cover "attaboy"

I purchased a ACCESS LORADO roll-up bed cover in March 2006. The rubber cover has started to deteriorate. I contacted ACCESS last week on their warranty website. Today I received notice that a new cover is on it's way to my house in Alaska.

Excellent service and warranty coverage. I really like the cover and it is my 2nd one, the other one on a previous truck.

Wouldn't it be nice if all companies performed like that??

7 years 4 months is a heck of a long time to warranty something!

I agree it is a long time but they promise lifetime warranty. The new cover showed up and I will put it on before heading to Arizona this fall.

Access Lorado is a 1st class company and should be supported... ... ... ... . like buy their products.
