Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Newbie here, I'm currently a Ford 7. 3 driver (don't flame me just yet), and planning on ordering a new Mega Cab 3500 Laramie Cummins in the next few months.
I'm interested in getting it with the remote start and "fuel-operated cabin heater" but don't know if I can get either of these on the new 6. 7.
Does anybody know the answer to this and/or what exactly is the cabin heater (how does it work)?
