accessory position intermittency

hey guys , just wondering if anyone else had experienced this . when key is back in accessory it is loose in the slot and causes the power to be intermittent (I. e. playin the radio while out working ). slamming the door will also cause it to cut off , you can usually jiggle the key a few times and get it to come back on, just wondering if anyone else had dealt with this , its been going on for a while but im just now getting around to dealing with it , and it will be over a week before the dealer can look at . thanks for any info .

Gotta be a bad ignition switch. If memory serves, there was at least one person who complained of exactly the same thing a long time ago. Couldn't find that thread, though...
