Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) accumulator springs

I have a 99 2500 2wd automatic. I have the valve body out and when I removed the accumulator piston, I only found the outer (lower) spring. My manual shows 2 springs an upper and lower,called Dodge parts dept, she says she only shows one(lower) Can someone wiser then me tell me if I lost a spring?

No your fine just put it back together the way you found it. It depends on allot of things if the trans got one or two springs in the accumulator housing.
