I just added some 55W driving lights to the truck. I just tapped into the High beams so when they are on, driving lights are on. After a few minutes, the high beams & driving lights will flicker OFF/ON for maybe a second or two. This will continue unless I switch it back to low beam. I thought it might be the fuse but if it was, wouldn't it just blow out? I checked all connections to see if loose but none were. It seems as though this starts after they warm up a bit. Is there any relays for the High beams? If so, where might I find them? Should I put a relay between high beams and driving lights. Gets dark some night up here and they certainly add light to the road. Just be easier to flick high beams on & off instead of reaching down to hit a switch all the time.
Thanks.
