Adding Cameras

Hey all, was toying with thought of adding cameras to give better views. Like the idea of front camera in the grille (as is being done on newer RAMS), will make tight quarters maneuvering a bit easier! Also trying to think of how to add side cameras along with a monitor that isn't to large and has more than 2 inputs. I guess I could add a combiner that would allow the multiple cameras to be displayed on display. Looking for some ideas on this project. Cameras would be hardwired in stead of wireless to avoid connection issues. Thanks for the input, Enjoy these TRUCKS!

For side cam, I suggest putting it inside the truck instead of exterior camera.

@firehot, If this project does get funding, side cameras were going to be placed on bottom of the side mirrors. I believe this would give the best overall view. Have found a 4 channel monitor that has trigger wires to bring up that camera full screen when turn signal is used! Can add a switch for the front mount camera. Rear view camera can stay in the mirror and if needed another can be mounted in the bumper. Thanks for the input firehot.

Was able to secure the financing to move ahead with this project! Items are on order, need a bit cooler weather but will keep everyone advised. And yes, pictures will be taken for those who will hound me about it. Fingers crossed on how well it will go.
